My Ex Wardrobe aim to dispatch your beautifully gift wrapped item(s) within the next 2 business days once your order has been successfully received and payment has completed. Our cut off period is Friday 4pm and after Saturday 3pm will count for next day orders. We will contact you immediately if there are any issues whatsoever regarding your order.

- Non UK/International shipping for orders under £150 costs £15. This is a 'tracked and signed for' service. Again, please read the additional information below relating to insurance information.

Your shipped item(s) will be insured up to the value of £500 for mainland UK and up to £250 for Worldwide.
