Returns

 

We are happy to offer a 7-day returns policy on all items purchased online, please note all items purchased in store are final. All online returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in or no refund will be given.

For all orders bring picked up from our store, we request that the item(s) are collected within 3 days of purchase.

We deal with third party selling clients so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to return your item(s)

Original online tag must be fully intact or the return will not be accepted.

Cost of postage for any return is covered by the buyer.

A refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) are received and checked.

Any items requesting return after 7 days will not be accepted as our third party clients will have been paid.
